About the event
This method is so natural and so open to "discussion". I will guide you through a series of asanas, from standing to inverted,
and together we willl observe how the freedom and the awakening of the spine unfold.
We will also give enough time to the expansion of the breath which is the most important element and the essence of Yoga.
