The prevailing conditions make it necessary to continue the courses via the internet. Although this is not the traditional way of teaching, it nevertheless has many benefits as the essence of the lesson remains unchanged!

Online doesn't necessarily mean distant! On the contrary. What matters really is the willingness to connect despite the obstacles.

The benefits of a yoga class are indicative:

  • Improvement of breathing.

  • Relief from musculoskeletal tensions.

  • Alignment of the spine and improve posture.

  • Better digestion.

  • Stress management.

  • Strengthening of the immune system.

  • Positive attitude towards life.

  • Self-knowledge.

  • Developing Awareness.

For the online yoga classes you will need:

  • Good Internet connection

  • Desktop or Laptop pc with camera and microphone (laptops have them built-in)

  • Optionally an external speaker if you need to listen to the instructions louder. Usually, the computer speaker is enough.

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket for relaxation.

  • A room with sufficient space, lighting and ventilation.

  • Optionally a natural essential oil for scenting the space if desired.
