About the Event
In this free introductory workshop, we will explore some of the main ways one can relate to the breath!
We will speak of the breath mechanism and how it is affected both positively and negatively.
What are the steps one can follow to become supportive of the breath?
Those who wish to explore more can register for the full workshop on the 7th and 13th of March!
For the online yoga workshop you will need:
- Good Internet connection
- Desktop or Laptop pc with camera and microphone (laptops have them built-in)
- Optionally an external speaker if you need to listen to the instructions louder. Usually, the computer speaker is enough.
- Yoga mat
- Blanket for relaxation.
- A room with sufficient space, lighting and ventilation.
- Optionally a natural essential oil for scenting the space if desired.
