Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (Free Event)

It is the mantra that promotes health and well being and is associated with Lord Shiva.  

When we chant it, Manipura Chakra is activated and this is what brings well being since Agni (Fire) promotes life and defeats death! MMJM is thus a healing mantra!

In this workshop, we will work on learning and reciting it correctly!

This a free online event!

For the online yoga event you will need:

• Good Internet connection
• Desktop or Laptop pc with camera and microphone (laptops have them built-in)
• Optionally an external speaker if you need to listen to the instructions louder. Usually, the computer speaker is enough.
• Yoga mat
• Blanket for relaxation.
• A room with sufficient space, lighting and ventilation.
• Optionally a natural essential oil for scenting the space if desired.
