We invite you to participate in our online Yoga workshops and seminars in Zen Center Athens and Kaisanji, Serifos. 


​The Yoga workshops in Athens and Serifos cover the following fields: Hatha Yoga, Yoga inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, Nada Yoga (sound meditation), Mantra Yoga (chanting), and Zen Meditation sessions. They are suitable for all, some are designed for beginners and some require previous experience.
