Breathe! (part 2)
Let's go into more depth, working with Pranayama and Breath meditation to discover more of the hidden spaces we already have!

About the Event
Now, that we have already worked with the first stages of breathing techniques,
we will move on to more advanced Pranayama so we can explore the doors to Meditation.
We will work with energizing and balancing Pranayama that is suitable for all levels of experience.
Very important! Please come with an empty stomach!
10 euros for each class
For the online yoga workshop you will need:
- Good Internet connection
- Desktop or Laptop pc with camera and microphone (laptops have them built-in)
- Optionally an external speaker if you need to listen to the instructions louder. Usually, the computer speaker is enough.
- Yoga mat
- Blanket for relaxation.
- A room with sufficient space, lighting and ventilation.
- Optionally a natural essential oil for scenting the space if desired.
