BREATHE, DETOXIFY & RELEASE
Breath is sustaining us, renewing us, detoxifying us and can liberate us from our emotional burden.
In this workshop, we will explore some of the main ways one can relate to the breath!
We will speak of the breath mechanism and how it is affected both positively and negatively.
What are the steps one can follow to become supportive of the breath?
Let's find out the ways that will help us develop excellent breathing patterns,
become friends with our breath, listening to its whisper and what it has to say!
For the online yoga workshop you will need:
- Good Internet connection
- Desktop or Laptop pc with camera and microphone (laptops have them built-in)
- Optionally an external speaker if you need to listen to the instructions louder. Usually, the computer speaker is enough.
- Yoga mat
- Blanket for relaxation.
- A room with sufficient space, lighting and ventilation.
- Optionally a natural essential oil for scenting the space if desired.
