Private yoga classes
The yoga classes with Alexandra are inspired by her apprenticeship with Diane Long and the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli.
These classes are designed to establish a union between body and mind. To develop an intuitive approach to the way we practice yoga as well as the ability to listen to our bodies.
The yoga classes with Antaratma are based on Hatha Yoga and consists of practices for the body and mind. It includes Asana, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation technique).
It is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The duration of the course is one and a half-hour.
A private class is always a great way to go deeper in your yoga practice or learn it in a slow, adjusted way if you are a beginner.
Private classes are also ideal in case of illness, in early or late pregnancy and postpartum and if someone's working hours don't permit to join a regular yoga class held in a group.
Yoga back in the old days was actually taught one to one. The knowledge and experience is transmitted in a direct and deeper way that meets the specific needs of the student.
